What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work is physical work and don't require interpretations and smart work is mental work which needs a lot of interpretations of the alternatives and consequences and includes high risk and responsibilities also.

Hard work: Try to solve the problems in many times.
Smart work: solve the problems in many different ways.

Hard work may not be productive - just hard and endless.Smart work is hard work applied productively by preplanned, carefuldetermination of the best course by which to proceed before launchingthe effort.

hard work is about working a lot, being focused on the task and delivering the best we can. Smart work is about creativity and innovation. Its having the ability to think outof the box in order to deliver better results

Hard Working :- Hard Working comprise skills which are accomplished through physical capabilities.
Smart Working :- Smart Working requires mental capabilities to get the work done

Hard work -- Less application of brain with high physical effort.

Smart work -- Full application of brain with less physical effort.

Smart worker is one who knows where he is going, sets goals and is working consistently towards achievement of his goals.

Hard worker on the other hand wants to be successful, just like smart worker but he lacks certain skills (critical thinking, decision making, problem solving). Because of lack of these skills, he is unable to get what he wants on time.

Hard work is one when we do certain things without effective planning and no results could have been obtained which was expected and the smart work is when we get the work done through people without any phisical stress just like effective management.

Hard work -- Less application of brain with high physical effort.

Smart work -- Full application of brain with less physical effort.

Both this way work can be done, choice is yours
