Prepare Interview Summaries

Keep track of the interviews. Maintain a record of the .information about the interview so that you can refer to it in future. Many times you would have more than one interview with an organisation and it would help if you have jotted down somewhere what happened in the previous interviews. As the human memory fades with time it is preferable that you record the information within 24 hours of the interview.


While maintaining the summary of interviews include the following information:• Name and position of interviewer(s)

• Category: positive, negative, average

• Date of contact with the organisation
